THE TEAM

Video Production, Portsmouth, Hampshire
JILL
I set up Switched-on Multimedia in 2009 after working as a broadcast journalist at the BBC. I am also a freelance lecturer in journalism at Southampton Solent University. My favourites are the ‘out and about’ films but I also love music and really enjoy filming shows. When I’m not filming or editing I play my violin in a local orchestra. Oh yes and I’m a mum of two too!

Video Production, Weymouth Dorset
FRANK
When I’m not filming and editing at my base in Weymouth, I’m out and about in this wonderful town capturing stock footage or photographing the beautiful landscape. Before joining the Switched-on team I worked as a photographer for the MoD. When I put my cameras down, I enjoy a spot of Scottish country dancing as president of the South Dorset Caledonian Society.

Video Production, Winchester, Hampshire
ADAM
You will have heard my voice as I’m often on Radios 4 and 5 and BBC local radio and I’ve fronted many videos and conferences. Not only have I years of broadcast journalism behind me I am also an experienced media trainer. I love putting chief executives through their paces so they can cope when it all hits the fan. I live in a beautiful Hampshire village with my wife, three children, labrador and brood of chickens.

Video Production, New Forest, Hampshire
IAN
I’m ‘Mr Sound’ but I also love picking up a camera. In my dim and distant past I was a DJ on Radio Caroline but these days I do a weekly radio show and have worked as a broadcast journalist, radio presenter and press officer. I’m a Dad of two (the same two as Jill) and have a tendency to pick up my bass guitar and strum with my daughter in my spare time.
