Creating a learning video is a collaborative process between you the subject expert and us the production team.
Our quotes always include planning, filming and editing of two drafts and a final edit. That along with graphics and captions to add finesse and clarity to your film or films.
We understand projects will evolve from the original brief. We’ll use our creative minds to make the necessary tweaks and changes, working with you to ensure our films do what you need them to do.

How we work
1. We have a chat
We find out what you want your films to do, your preferences, your target audience and to brainstorm ideas. We’ll be honest about what’s possible within your budget and timescales.
2. We draw up a film plan
We’ll put together a brief for filming, including editorial, logistical, safety and legal considerations. Maybe you’ll also want a short portrait version for promotion on social media? We’ll put all that in the brief.
3. Time to film
We usually film with at least two, often three cameras, depending on the project. We’ll take as long as is needed to ensure we gather the right footage and any B-roll required. If you’re not used to being in front of the camera, we’ll guide you to ensure you’re relaxed and give it your best! Sometimes circumstances mean the plan needs to change but we’re adaptable!
4. Editing up to 2 drafts.
We need to be sure the film(s) is still on track to meet your objectives so we’ll create a first or rough draft, review with you, then make up to two further edits. The edit will include titles, closed captions and graphics. It’s important for you to know that nothing is cast in stone because projects evolve.
5. Final tweaks and checks plus help you get your film out into the world.
Once you’re happy we will output your film to your chosen format or formats including short clips for use on social media if required and we can advise how to upload your film to your platform of choice.
